Second Opinions
Have you been recommended for a thyroid or parathyroid surgery and are unsure whether it is really necessary? Do you suffer from skin cancer, a salivary gland, or a head and neck cancer and wish to discuss the diagnosis and treatment with a second surgeon? Then you have come to the right place, and we are very happy to offer you the opportunity to obtain a second opinion at our practice in Zurich.
Diagnostics
For a proper second opinion, it is important that all your medical documents are available. The clinical and endoscopic, and if applicable, ultrasound examinations usually need to be repeated during your appointment with us. Depending on the results and previous evaluations, we may also recommend additional investigations.
Treatment
After obtaining a second opinion, you are of course free to decide whether to continue treatment with your primary physician or with us at HalsGesichtsChirurgie Zurich under PD Dr. med. Domenic Gian Vital.
